Operations Manager


Commitment: Part-Time

Length: 6 Months, Renewable

Department: Marketing

Reports to: CEO

The Operations Manager is an in-house part-time team member responsible to drive forward-looking operational planning. The Operations Manager also supports the team and customers in a wide range of projects including operational and administrative tasks, office management, and project coordination. All work is to be conducted in accordance with clients policies and practices, and applicable customer requirements as well as meet quality and timeline expectations.

Specific Roles and Responsibilities

  • Company process management and improvements
  • Office management
  • Contract management and agreements with vendors, consultants, and customers
  • Administrative, HR and financial support
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required for support of company needs.

  • Review and process complex or diverse information and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent team player and works collaboratively with others.


  • Bachelor’s Degree. Ideal candidate has 3+ years of operational/analytical experience gained in am agency, start-up or high-growth business.
  • Understanding of marketing and design principles.
  • Digitally savvy, comfortable working on a computer a majority of the day.
